Process Piping

Several of our commercial projects have required some facet of either, steam piping, natural gas piping, oil piping, air piping and/or medical gas piping. Over the years with certifications for welders and med gas certifications, we have gained the experience to complete most process piping projects. A few examples of the recent work completed:

 

Nissan & Infiniti of Cool Springs: Both of these projects were equipped with natural gas piping, air piping and oil piping for their service bay areas. Most of this piping was connected to the owner furnished equipment to meet the need of their service personal. 

 

Vanderbilt Studio Arts Center: This project had several aspects of the above mentioned piping required for the completion. High Pressured and Low Pressured Steam Piping & Chilled Water Piping was required from the Central Plant to condition the building. Acid Waste Piping was required for disposal of the chemical required for the photography classrooms. 

 

Belmont University-Health Sciences Building: One of the state of the art nursing schools in the southeast, this building was built for training, and to simulate situations for nurses in a hospital setting. Along with the chilled water piping and the hot water piping for the conditioning of the building. Several of the classrooms are equipped with medical gas units for instruction to the future nurse on the correct usages & procedures.
